Team Base Software and Software architecture at TT/S33 develops base software and middleware for CPC controllers around the globe
We provide the software basement for successful inhouse feature development with a high level of expertise regarding software architecture and ECU ressource management
We develop and deploy software solutions to integrate CPC controllers in different EE architectures and vehicle types
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are looking for a bachelor thesis student to develop a SQL database for ECU ressource management, which includes:
  • Aligning SQL database requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Program and implement the database including an interface to upload and download functionality for ECU ressource data
  • Define and implement data exchange to an user interface
  • Implement analysis algorithms to pre- and post process the ECU ressource data
  • Test, release and rollout the data base

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Get in contact with stakeholders and organize requirements alignment
  • Technical lead for ECU ressource data base development together with assigned team mentor 
  • Create database schemas, tables, stored procedures, and views to ensure smooth data operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability of the database
  • Develop a test concept, release and sign off of the data base
  • Regular status reports and updates to show the development progress
  • Document all database models, structures, and the integration process for future reference

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
  • Studies Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar
  • Familiarity with C# programming and web application development
  • Experience with Blazor and the client/server model
  • Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and SQL
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experiences with MS-Office
  • Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
  • Engagement
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytical way of thinking and strategic way of working
