We offer students the opportunity to complete a varied internship in the HR department of Austrian Airlines with a focus on labor and social law.

  • You support us with legal research for exciting individual and collective law as well as social law issues
  • You review labor law documents such as sample contracts or works agreements and prepare them independently
  • You monitor legislative changes in labor and social law and evaluate their implementation in our company
  • You will assist with the creation of reports and presentations on HR topics
  • You support us with other day-to-day business in our department and with projects

For this internship position, we are looking for committed and motivated students who are interested in personnel policy as well as labor and social law issues in an international environment.

  • You are enrolled in law, business administration or a comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
  • You are interested in HR and ideally have knowledge of employment law
  • You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working
  • You work in a structured, proactive manner and have an eye for detail
  • You are a team player and communicative
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
